Box Hill Training Day Part Deux

Great News!

I have found a better incline on Box Hill, it’s called Juniper Top. I take school groups up there so if a 8 year old girl can stride up, how hard can it be?

3pm on Sunday 23rd June Coxy and I will be running our second Box Hill Endurance Session, just because people loved/hated the first one so much.

Same drill as last time, payment is in sweat and misery and you need to email your interest to Robert.britton@live.com if you are crazy enough to want to come down. Bring a friend and the misery is shared.

What happened last time, words of a survivor.

South Downs Way 100 for me this weekend, so at least I’ll be a little tired next Sunday…?

    Boxhill part deux. Well I came back for the second session and trust me Britton and Coxy put me through my paces. I run ultras, do crazy things like 1000 burpees under an hour, hold the plank for 12 minutes after 1000 rep core work out so I am reasonably fit and struggle to find people to push me to the next level in these two amazing people I have found the perfect partnership. The wealth of knowledge from diet & nutrition, pacing, resting to muscle strength endurance is priceless . The session caters for all levels 10k – ultras, and all levels of fitness.if you truly want to be the best you can be there is no better team to hook up with. I’m hooked . Don’t take my word for it turn up sample it yourself.
