Love/Hate Relationship
That doesn’t mean I hate any of the people I train with, or they hate me. Just sometimes, when they’re on their last lap, wanting to slow down with me pushing them even harder, they don’t really like me very much. But then afterwards they certainly feel the benefit. It’s not “no pain, no gain”, but like anything in life, you get out what you put in.

Team GB Support crew, 5k runnerWhat Robbie does changes the way I view life and being out with Team GB in Holland was amazing. He's helped me improve my mileage and run a sub 25 minute 5k, something I wouldn't even have thought possible a year ago.

3rd Place Thames Path 100, Winner Stort 30, IronmanWhat I did not expect is the lengths that Robbie would put into all the other aspects that would end up in successful races, just the amount of work researching my key races, checking out the competition and thinking about the strategy for these races really has blow me away.

Marathon des Sables finisher, 100 miler, fitness professionalIn my head I was done at 70 miles, but Robbie to help me along another 30 miles to reach 100. He got me through 6 hours of agony, made me laugh and made me realise how much more you have to give when you think you've hit a wall.

2.18 marathon runner and England Ultra RunnerRobbie recently helped me during the Anglo-Celtic Plate 100km whilst running for England. He is a bundle of enthusiasm and an excellent motivator! I can't thank him enough - although I wanted to kill him at the time.

SDW50 & C2C FinisherRobbie is fun to work with, understanding, and full of fantastic tips for ultrarunning. His training programmes are varied and having someone to report back to keeps me honest. Highly recommended - although don't let him anywhere near your jelly babies.

South Downs Way 100 FinisherBefore I met Robbie the furthest I had run was 13.1 miles and he saw me through my first marathon, ultra-marathon, multiday event and 100 miler. I hate and love him for this in equal measures.
